This 4-week module, focused on front office operations and client servicing, trains veterinary receptionists on your team to achieve the 3 primary functions of the veterinary front office:

  1. Increase scheduling density / patient visits
  2. Maximize client perception of value of the medical services their pet receives
  3. Encourage client return and referral rate

These functions are a direct result of following established protocols, or operational guidelines, on patient care and client communications. While these protocols may or may not be fully developed at the practice, these courses help team members to understand the critical factors and methods to follow to achieve the above primary functions.
